Do I need to install anything?
No. LedgrFlow runs in your browser on any device. Sign in on your laptop, phone, or your accountant's machine and you are looking at the same live books.
Can my accountant or bookkeeper access my books?
Yes. Invite them with the right role, including read-only access for review. Bookkeepers can run every client from a single login and switch between companies in a click.
How does pricing work across multiple companies?
Your account includes one free company. Every additional company is Pro, billed on its own at R199 per month or R1 990 per year. There is no account-level fee and no limit on how many companies you run.
Is it built for South African VAT and tax?
Yes. VAT is tracked at 15% on every transaction and rolled into period returns, and reports follow your financial year rather than the calendar, defaulting to the SA March year-end.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted with a reputable cloud provider, and handled with POPIA in mind. Your books belong to you and you can export them at any time.
